Amy is the creator of FLEXXATION and YOGAFLEXX, a fresh, fun, liberating, mind-body Sculpting System that teaches experiencing Exxtasy Thru Exercise! Flexxation works for virtually everyone and can be life altering! At the age of 15, after overcoming obesity herself, Amy knew she wanted to help others achieve a healthy body and a healthy state of mind while enjoying the experience!

Amy holds a B.S. in Nutrition and Exercise with a minor in voice performance. She is a contributing writer for both regional and national magazines, international presenter, yoga teacher and an award winning bodybuilder and figure competitor. Amy has taught group and private fitness for over 20 years. Originally from New York, Amy now resides in sunny Los Angeles, California.
